Sechelt Hospital Foundation raises funds for critical equipment and special projects to enhance patient care at the hospital. Donors to the Foundation have made major contributions to the acquisition of the hospital’s CT Scanner, the purchase of equipment and furnishings for the single patient rooms in the new hospital tower that opened in March 2013, and much more.

Introducing the Sechelt Hospital Foundation Staff Education Fund
In April 2014 the Foundation launched a Staff Education Fund, made possible through the generous donations of Sechelt Hospital Foundation donors.
Eligible staff may now get support to: attend seminars, workshops and conferences; upgrade their skills to implement a new program, service or technology; undertake research projects; or expand their career options in healthcare with undergraduate degrees, diplomas, short courses and more.
